2010 Parade of Homes
This year's Parade features eight beautiful homes in our located across Grand Junction and Fruita. Each featured home is built by a member of the HBA of NW Colorado. Each home is landscaped, furnished and provides the latest in technology and design.Whether you are looking for a new home or are wanting ideas to update your own, this year's Parade is sure to please.
Each FEATURED Parade home requires the purchase of a $10.00 ticket.
Purchase your $10.00 ticket from any City Market location in Grand Junction and Fruita. (Tickets go on sale September 10th)
Get your Official Parade Program when you purchase your ticket. The program will also be distributed in the Daily Sentinel the week of the Parade. Inside the program, find information on the homes, the builders, a map, and your ticket to vote for "People's Choice!"
We are also bringing back the fun of our Scavenger Hunt! Match the photo with the house it came from and you could win a fabulous prize from Today's Home Furniture & Design!
Parade of Opportunity
This will be the 2nd annual Parade of Opportunity. These homes are currently on the market across the Grand Valley. The majority are of new construction, and one of the homes is a complete renovation.
These homes do not require the purchase of a Parade ticket. Check out these beautiful homes - you may just decide to make it your own! Information on each of these homes will be found inside the Official Parade of Homes Program, distributed by the Daily Sentinel and City Market stores when you purchase your regular Parade ticket.
